An upgraded version of the XP-703D, the XP-703D-III provides auto-zeroing, longer battery life and a more compact system that detects most of the main dopant gases used in the Semiconductor industry. Very low level detection limits (down to PPB) and quick response (as little as 10 seconds). This is also a great emergency response unit.
