The Bodytrak Platform contains several proprietary software algorithms that include: core body temperature (CBT), physiological strain index (PSI), heart rate (HR), fatigue and man down to detect any early changes to the worker’s physiological responses to the environment and workplace stressors.
The data collected from the Bodytrak device can be anonymised to adhere to strict data protection policies of each organisation. All the data is transmitted from the Bodytrak device to the Incident Management Platform via an internet connection through WiFi or a cellular network. Bodytrak has partnered with a global cellular operator to ensure users receive the best cellular coverage, anywhere in the world. This ensures there is no restriction on the transmission range and the user’s data can be viewed from the other side of the world, if required. If the worker is in a location where WiFi or cellular connectivity is unavailable, the Bodytrak device will store the data internally and will continue to notify users with physiological alerts via the audio prompts, thereby acting as a new type of buddy system, especially for lone workers. Once the connectivity is re-established, the Bodytrak device will transmit the stored and live data to the Platform so no information is lost.

Intuitive, user friendly interface
REST-API available to integrate the data from the Bodytrak Platform into an organisation’s existing platform for a unified interface
Designed with usability and comfort as a focus, Bodytrak is the only non-invasive product of its kind on the market. Due to its proximity to the hypothalamus (the temperature control centre of the body), the ear is an excellent site to measure core body temperature and heart rate. As a result, Bodytrak is extremely effective and accurate for industrial use.
The Bodytrak device can also provide hearing protection when required (via Hear:safe™ earbuds) as well as noise dosimetry. Noise dosimetry is used to prevent noise induced hearing loss by measuring accumulating noise exposure at the ear to alert for excessive noise. These added features of protection ensure organisations can have a cost-effective safety solution that covers a number of workplace risks factors in one convenient, intuitive overall solution rather than disparate systems.
The Steel Dust Meter (SDM) can diagnose the health of rotating machinery like no other tool available. The device provides a useful simplified diagnosis for inspecting the abrasion status of bearings and gears. It checks the wear conditions of bearings in ultra-low to high-speed rotating machinery.
The SDM employs a magnetic balance type electromagnet induction method to provide accurate and repeatable measurements. The SDM-73 is designed for equipment that uses oil as its lubricant.
The SDM-73 includes a carrying case, 2ml syringe (5 pcs), oil sampling nozzle (2 pcs), syringe holder and 4 x AA alkaline drycell batteries.

The ChemLogic® Revive™ CL4R is a technologically-advanced colorimetric fixed gas detector. The system is designed to directly upgrade and replace a four-point legacy monitor, with the ability to also retrofit into a legacy rack system (see specifications). It integrates seamlessly using existing externals, with no required modifications. The CL4R is ideal for use in semiconductor and other commercial/industrial environments requiring low-level gas detection.
The CL4R provides an invaluable life safety service to workers, while helping keep inventory production operational.
Multiple layers of specialist polymer films produces a high barrier to a wide range of higher hazard chemicals and most CWA agents. Ideal for applications involving high hazard / highly toxicity chemicals, for hazardous waste management and ground recovery where hazards are unknown, and for emergency response where multiple chemicals or chemical warfare agents may be present. Refer to extensive fabric permeation resistance testing for more information on chemical barrier.
Use with Permasure to calculate Safe-Wear Times, accounting for whole suit protection based on permeation, vapourisation, and environmental conditions such as temperature. Discover more about Permasure® here.
ChemMax 1 PAPR uses a high quality soft and flexible HDPE polymer film to achieve a barrier against a broad range of lower toxicity chemicals. Fully taped and sealed seams and the PAPR features makes it ideal for protection in pharmaceutical / bio-hazard applications where a more robust suit or hazardous chemicals are present. Refer to extensive fabric permeation resistance testing for more information on chemical barrier.
Microporous film laminate fabric with fully taped and sealed seams. Lightweight and flexible, it is ideal for laboratory / pharmaceutical applications and for medical / bio-hazard tasks and incident response.
Fabric meets the highest classes in all tests within the EN 14126 bio-hazard standard.
