SDM-73 Oil Steel Dust Meter

The Steel Dust Meter (SDM) can diagnose the health of rotating machinery like no other tool available. The device provides a useful simplified diagnosis for inspecting the abrasion status of bearings and gears. It checks the wear conditions of bearings in ultra-low to high-speed rotating machinery.

The SDM employs a magnetic balance type electromagnet induction method to provide accurate and repeatable measurements. The SDM-73 is designed for equipment that uses oil as its lubricant.

The SDM-73 includes a carrying case, 2ml syringe (5 pcs), oil sampling nozzle (2 pcs), syringe holder and 4 x AA alkaline drycell batteries.

SDM-72 Grease Steel Dust Meter

The Steel Dust Meter (SDM) can diagnose the health of rotating machinery like no other tool available. The device provides a useful simplified diagnosis for inspecting the abrasion status of bearings and gears. It checks the wear conditions of bearings in ultra-low to high-speed rotating machinery.

The SDM employs a magnetic balance type electromagnet induction method to provide accurate and repeatable measurements. The SDM-72 is designed for equipment that uses grease as lubrication oil.

The SDM-72 includes a carrying case, grease sampling spatula, grease cartridges (pack of 10) and 4 x AA (R6) alkaline drycell batteries.

ChemLogic Revive CL4R Four-Point Gas Detector

The ChemLogic® Revive™ CL4R is a technologically-advanced colorimetric fixed gas detector. The system is designed to directly upgrade and replace a four-point legacy monitor, with the ability to also retrofit into a legacy rack system (see specifications). It integrates seamlessly using existing externals, with no required modifications. The CL4R is ideal for use in semiconductor and other commercial/industrial environments requiring low-level gas detection.

The CL4R provides an invaluable life safety service to workers, while helping keep inventory production operational.

ChemMax 3 PAPR

Multiple layers of specialist polymer films produces a high barrier to a wide range of higher hazard chemicals and most CWA agents. Ideal for applications involving high hazard / highly toxicity chemicals, for hazardous waste management and ground recovery where hazards are unknown, and for emergency response where multiple chemicals or chemical warfare agents may be present. Refer to extensive fabric permeation resistance testing for more information on chemical barrier.

Use with Permasure to calculate Safe-Wear Times, accounting for whole suit protection based on permeation, vapourisation, and environmental conditions such as temperature. Discover more about Permasure® here.

ChemMax 1 PAPR

ChemMax 1 PAPR uses a high quality soft and flexible HDPE polymer film to achieve a barrier against a broad range of lower toxicity chemicals. Fully taped and sealed seams and the PAPR features makes it ideal for protection in pharmaceutical / bio-hazard applications where a more robust suit or hazardous chemicals are present. Refer to extensive fabric permeation resistance testing for more information on chemical barrier.

GT6000 Mobilis Portable stack gas and combustion analyzer

GT6000 Mobilis – Portable stack gas and combustion analyzer

The GT6000 Mobilis is a portable FTIR analyzer for monitoring gas concentrations in hot, wet, and corrosive gas streams. Together with Portable Sampling System (PSS Plus or PSS Base), it transforms into complete portable FTIR emissions monitoring system. The system is typically set up to measure H2O, CO2, CO, NO, NO2, N2O, SO2, NH3, CH4, HCl, HF and different VOCs, and it can measure up to 50 gases simultaneously.

Common applications for the GT6000 Mobilis include:

Stack testing

Combustions research

Dräger X-am® 5800

The X-am® 5800 multi-gas detector measures up to six gases and is equipped with a particularly shock-resistant CatEx sensor. With the Dräger Gas Detection Connect software, it offers live data transmission and powerful asset management. Designed for personal monitoring, the X-am 5800 offers you the highest level of safety at a low cost of ownership.

Safety and efficiency thanks to its networking capability: Transfer your recorded data directly and conveniently via Bluetooth® to a smartphone and from there to the backend of the Gas Detection Connect software. As an alternative, you can also transfer the data directly to the cloud with the X-dock test station. This way, you have secure access to your data and its analysis at any time and from anywhere – simply via your internet browser.

With the X-am 5800 you can manage your fleet of equipment comfortably and efficiently in daily use. Save operating costs and time through fast tests by using the automatic test station X-dock with low gas consumption or a pure mechanical bump test station. Further advantages: powerful asset management via our smart software solution, convenient firmware updates in the X-dock, an optional RFID transponder and individual colour marking of the devices. Few, easy-to-replace spare parts – including the power supply – and sensors ensure that your devices remain operational for many years. Dräger provides a 4-year manufacturer’s warranty on the basic device. Existing, compatible accessories from its predecessor, the X-am® 2500/5000/5600 can continue to be used.

Small and lightweight: The X-am 5800 is comfortable to wear and easy to use even with gloves on thanks to its large buttons. The display clearly shows important information such as gas readings, alarms and time. The green D-light indicates that the unit is ready for use. All this, plus the completely language-free icon based user interface, makes it pleasantly simple to use and familiarise yourself with. For your added safety, its oxygen channel has four alarm thresholds – real pre-alarms and main alarms for falling and rising concentrations. Approved for use in Ex zone 0, it has also been tested according to protection class IP 68.
