These Pt100 surface temperature sensors feature a flexible silicon patch moulded onto a silicon lead wire. The patch has an aluminium backing for fast temperature response. The aluminium is coated with a very strong silicon adhesive and backing strip. Simply peel off the backing and stick to a clean, dry surface. One hour after application the sensor and adhesive will resist moisture to IP67 standards. Self adhesive cable ties are also available for long cable runs.

Thermocouple Probes With Mounting Threads and M12 Connectors
The thermocouple compensated M12 connector provides a quick and reliable means for connecting the sensor to your monitoring or control equipment using a compensated M12 extension cable. The M12 Series thermocouple probes are available as Type K with Inconel 600 sheaths or as Type J with 304 Stainless Steel Sheaths. Standard probe sheath diameters are 3mm and 6mm, with a standard length of 200mm. These thermocouple sensors can also be requested in other lengths as required.
Thermocouple Probe – Molded Transition Joint Probes with PFA Insulated Lead Wire
For long life, drift-free operation, choose Super OMEGACLAD® XL mineral insulated thermocouple cable and our rugged transition joint probes, which are available in Type K and N calibrations.
Surface Thermocouple probe
The surface thermocouples probes from the SA1XL series achieves response times of less than 0.15 seconds. This thermocouple is constructed using a Kapton/fibreglass junction insulation along with a fibreglass-insulated lead wire. The SA1XL can be used as a self-adhering thermocouple for temperatures up to 260°C or it can be cemented in place for use at temperatures up to 315°C.
Surface Mount RTD Pt100 Element
The RTD Pt100 sensor from SA1-RTD series are surface-mount temperature probes perfectly designed to be installed on flat or curved surfaces and provides Class A accuracy (See IEC 751 Class A/B Standard Tolerances Table, below) for critical temperature monitoring applications. Based on a 2 x 2 x 0.8 mm thin-film platinum Pt100 element and supplied with stripped, 3-wire leads as a standard (connector optional), it can be customised for use in a wide variety of applications.
Single-Shot Wire Thermocouple Sensors
The unique construction of this “single shot” thermocouple wire allows for a fast responding, exposed tip, thermocouple junction while still providing a high degree of resistance to ingress of air or liquid. Available with or without a miniature thermocouple plug and strain relief, in 1, 2 or 5 metre lengths. Other lengths and connector types are available on request. M12 Nylon cable gland CG-M12-NY-G is available for secure and adjustable mounting of TC-TS sensors.
Short RTD Probe
These general purpose 50 mm long sensors can be used in most liquid and air applications. When used in liquid environments, the epoxy-sealed end should not be immersed directly into the liquid. Compression fittings are also available for installation. These probes can be used as stand-alone sensors, or they can be configured with a variety of termination options. When combined with controllers, indicators, or precision thermometers they become the heart of complete measurement systems.

Rugged Pipe Plug Thermocouple Probe with 1/4 or 1/8 NPT Fitting
These high pressure thermocouple plug sensors are ideal for vessel applications, pressurised containers and applications requiring mounted NPT security. The 304SS sheath has a 1/4″ dia. that extends 1/2″ from the end of the 1/4 or 1/8 NPT pipe plug. Other length sheaths are available.
RTD Probes with Transitions, Strain Relief Springs and Fibreglass Insulated and Jacketed Cables
These thin film platinum RTD probes are similar to our PRTF-10 sensors except for the addition of a transition fitting and strain relief spring. Manufactured with 100 ohm, Class B DIN Platinum thin film RTD elements and fiberglass insulated and jacketed cables, these sensors provide a lower cost option to our “PR” line of RTD sensors and can be used in a wide variety of applications. The use of fiberglass insulated, fiberglass jacketed cables increases the maximum temperature rating of the sensor to 500C.
