PHROBSC-PK8T

This robust pH screw cap probe represents a new generation of fiber-based pH sensors from PyroScience and a viable alternative to traditional pH electrodes. This new sensor format is composed of a robust cap adapter fiber with stainless-steel tip (10cm length, ø4mm) and a disposable plastic screw cap with integrated pH sensor. The pH sensor cap can be screwed on the threaded tip of the robust fiber. If worn out, keep the fiber and simply exchange the pH sensor cap and continue with your pH measurements. The PHROBSC-PK8T comes initially with 4 sensor caps. If more caps are required, an additional set of 4 pH sensor screw caps (PHSC-PK8T) can be obtained.

With this new sensor format, PyroScience aims to provide a more sustainable approach (reducing waste) and improve even further the user-friendliness of our sensors.

PHSP5-PK8T

pH sensor spots allow pH measurements over a defined pH range of 7-9 (on pH total scale) in closed sample containers with contactless read-out through a transparent window (glass, acryl glass), with special adapters and optical fibers for fiber-optic meters from PyroScience. This enables incubations in closed systems, preventing potential contamination and simplifying pH monitoring without sampling, also in combination with oxygen and temperature sensor spots.

PHFLOW-PK6

These flow-through cells (PU=4 pieces) have an integrated pH probe for continues measurements of aqueous samples pumped through the cell. The cell consists of a Luer-lock T-Connector with a removable pH probe. The Luer-lock connectors allow direct connection of tubings with 3.2 or 4.8 mm inner diameter.

Sensor Vials with Integrated Optical Oxygen, pH, and Temperature Sensors

The new combined sensor vials integrate optical pH, oxygen and temperature sensors based on an innovative optical detection technology (REDFLASH). The ready assembled vials with integrated optical pH, oxygen and temperature sensor stripes enable multi-analyte contactless measurements in liquid or gaseous samples. Separately available adapter ring ADVIAL20T allow for easy fixation of optical fibres connecting the sensor vial to the new multi-analyte FireSting pro optical meter from PyroScience.

The elongated shape of the sensors allows simultaneous measurements at different heights within the vial by simply sliding the adapter rings up and down. The optical temperature sensor can be used for true temperature compensation of the integrated oxygen and pH sensors for high precision measurements. All sensor stripes are covered with an optical isolation protective layer to prevent interference with the measurement from e.g. external illumination or strong luminescent samples. The optical pH sensors are sensitive to a pH range of 2-3 pH units. Sensors are offered for two different ranges for pH measurements between pH 6.0 to 8.0 and pH 7.0 to 9.0.

Based on the contactless pH sensor technology from PyroScience, we offer ready assembled pH-vials with 4ml or 20ml volume. The pH sensor stripes are fixed at the inner side of the glass and is read-out using optical fibers from the outside. Separately available adapter ring ADVIAL20 and ADVIAL4 allows easy fixation of optical fibres connecting the vial to the new multi-analye FireSting pro optical meter from PyroScience.
