Reshape the way you perform ear examinations. hearScope is a digital video otoscope that captures high-quality images and videos from a smartphone or desktop, running the free hearScope application. This innovative solution offers an Artificial Intelligence (AI) image classification feature that accurately and instantaneously categorises captured images. The AI system applies machine learning to provide an accurate image classification for normal, wax obstructions, and chronic perforations with a 94% accuracy (the AI model is in BETA version; more classification categories will be added to the model in the production release). The user-friendly application means anyone, anywhere in the world, can record images and videos of a person’s eardrum and ear canal, and obtain an instantaneous AI image classification.

The 3M Peltor X4 Ear Defenders are designed to offer protection against high noise levels, whilst maintaining a sleek, low profile, aesthetically pleasing design.

Historically, higher attenuating ear muffs meant large and bulky cups – but not anymore. The 3M Peltor X4 Ear Defenders can attenuate sound by as much as 33dB whilst maintaining a sleek, low profile, aesthetically pleasing design.

The 3M™ Peltor™ Optime™ III is a high performance hearing protector and has been developed for use in extremely noise environments. The protection is based on a technology with a double casing minimising resonance in the holder casing, maximising high-frequency attenuation.

An acoustic connection between the inner volume and the volume between the casings in its turn provides low-frequency attenuation.

The 3M™ Peltor™ Optime™ III sealing rings are broad and filled with soft plastic foam for the best fit and low contact pressure, the earmuff stands for effective protection and highest comfort for the wearer. The product is also available in a dielectric version without visible metal parts and in High Viz green for workers who need hearing protection and be extra visible.
