Universal fit

• The filters have been designed for use in the Dräger half masks, X-plore® 4390 and 4790. With the 40/90 filter box adapter they can also be used for any mask with a Rd40 connection in accordance with EN 148-1.

• The gas filters and combination filters have a shelf-life of 6 years and, the particle filters a shelf life of 12 years from date of manufacture.

The Dräger X-plore® 4700 is the robust half mask which offers excellent comfort and outstanding leak tightness for demanding applications. Thanks to the wide range of filters available for protection against gases, vapours and particles, it is ideally suited for use in a variety of industries.

First class wearing comfort

• The combination of an extremely soft mask body with specially shaped nose area held in place by a hard plastic shell ensures a precise fit, good sealing properties and almost pressure-free wearing.

Selection between two high quality materials

• You have the choice: TPE for normal skin or silicone for sensitive skin. The silicone version is available in two different sizes and fits a variety of face shapes.

Drop-Down System

• By simply opening the neck closure of the harness system, the mask can be easily doffed without taking off your helmet. Positioned ready for use the inner mask remains close to the body and remains protected against contamination.

Optionally with elastic harness

• As alternative to the classic head harness there is the X-plore 4700 EH (elastic harness). The elastic harness is made of sturdy material that is resistant to certain chemical substances. It is very easy to clean and can be worn with ease under many helmet types. Every user can select individually which harness type fits for his application.

Extremely robust

• A particular strength of the Dräger X-plore 4700 is its toughness. The surrounding plastic housing and the durable mask body give the mask its robustness and durability.

Two filter connection types

• The standard thread connection Rd40 in accordance with EN 148-1 or the Dräger-specific thread for Dräger X-plore Rd90 filters accomodate a variety of applications with suitable particle, gas and combination filters.

Efficient particle protection

• Dräger X-plore 1300 is the new generation of pre-formed particle filtering face pieces for effective protection against fine dust as well as solid and liquid particles. For use in applications where exposure to dust is unavoidable the X-plore 1300 is available in all three EN protection classes FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3. Odour stopping versions equipped with an activated carbon layer are ideal for users that battle with unpleasant nuisance odours.

CoolSAFE™ filter material

• The specially developed CoolSAFE™ filter material combines various high-performance filter media to achieve an excellent filter performance. Coarse and fine particles are effectively stopped in the various filter layers. At the same time, the breathing resistance remains very low, allowing the user to work easily and without tiring for longer periods. In addition, the face pieces were subjected to the increased requirements of the (optional) dolomite dust test. Their resistance to clogging under high exposure to dust was successfully tested. During activities with high exposure to dust (e.g. mining), this gives the face pieces a longer service life and reduces costs for the user, while maintaining a high degree of wearing comfort.

VarioFLEX™ head harness with EasyStop

• Easy to don/doff and adjust with a pressure-free fit. The continuous-looped tear-proof textile strap eliminates the need for clips – preventing uncomfortable pressure and allergic reactions. EasyStop allows the wearer to individually adjust the harness as required, while ensuring ease of use and a secure, comfortable seal. Experience ultimate comfort with the extra-wide slip-proof harness of the Dräger X-plore 1330.

CoolMAX™ exhalation valve (optional)

• Small details, big effect: Breathe easy and comfortably, thanks to the extremely low breathing resistance. The valve directs humid and warm exhaled air away from the user and out of the mask preventing heat build-up and keeping them cool.

A secure seal

• Alongside the filter performance, a secure seal, without leakage, is decisive in how effective the masks’ protection really is. The X-plore 1300 is the ideal combination of an ergonomic mask body combined with an integrated nose seal and nose clip. This gives the wearer a tailor-made fit and a secure seal. Additionally, the good seal keeps safety glasses from fogging.

Colour coding for fast recognition of the protection class

• Fast recognition without confusion: the colour coded nose clip and valve classify the three EN protection levels dark-blue (FFP1), light-blue (FFP2) and white (FFP3). Providing easy recognition when selecting the right mask.

The Dräger X-plore® 2100 is the reusable alternative to disposable dust masks. The X-plore® 2100 is the ideal solution for people working frequently in dusty environments. Its replaceable filters provide protection against solid and liquid particles. This half mask offers the perfect combination of comfort, safety and cost-effectiveness.

“Drop down” harness

• The mask can be removed from the face without removing head protection by simply unclasping the neck fastener. While in the drop-down position, the face-seal portion of the mask remains against the body therefore protecting against contamination.

Large-Capacity filters

• During frequent and prolonged use in dusty environments the practical replaceable FMP2 and FMP3 filters protect with high filter performance and low respiratory resistance against solid and liquid particles/aerosols.

• The one-piece head harness with two adjustment points and anti-slip headgear ensure fast and trouble-free donning and doffing in addition to a very good pressure distribution.

Performance in all protection classes

• The Dräger X-plore 1700+ series offers effective protection against fine dust as well as solid and liquid particles in the workplace, e.g. in general industry, construction and services. The models of the series are available in all three protection classes FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3 according to EN 149:2001+A1:2009. The colour coding in dark-blue, light-blue and white for the three protection levels provides more safety when selecting the right mask.

CoolSAFE+™ filter material

• The CoolSAFE+™ filter material ensures highest breathing comfort by reducing the breathing resistance to a minimum. This enables you to breathe easily and comfortably over longer periods of time. At the same time, the material features an excellent filter performance that effectively stops coarse and fine particles.

High wearing comfort and a secure seal

• Alongside the material‘s filter performance, a secure seal without leakage is decisive in how effective the masks‘ protection is. The ergonomic form combined with soft material ensures that the Dräger X-plore 1700+ fits the face well. The internal nose pad and external nose clip hold the mask in place to seal effectively in the critical areas around the nose. This ensures the most comfort even during longer periods of use.

Ease of use

• Dräger X-plore 1700+ is easy to handle. The VarioFLEX™ harness is simple to put on and remove, and sits without any pressure. The harness can be individually adjusted with EasyStop.

Low, lower, lowest

• Low breathing resistances are decisive when it comes to comfort. Additionally, low breathing resistance leads to less exhaustion during longer work periods. Dräger X-plore 1700+ minimizes breathing resistances with the CoolSAFE+™ filter material: In contrast to the maximum allowed breathing resistances of the valid standard EN 149:2001+A1:2009 the actual measured values of the Dräger masks are much lower.

Breathe easier with the CoolMAX™ exhalation valve:

• The CoolMAX™ exhalation valve flushes exhaled air optimally out of the mask. The breathing resistance is continually reduced making breathing especially easy. The humid and warm exhaled air is flushed out of the mask, preventing the fogging of eyewear and heat accumulation. The result: You enjoy highest level of comfort.

The Panorama Nova full-face mask has been successful in the market worldwide for decades and provides reliable and secure protection. In combination with a compressed air breathing apparatus or rebreather it is used as a tried and tested face piece by firefighters and in mining.

• The modern full face mask Dräger FPS 7000 has a large distortion-free polycarbonate visor, which provides you with an exceptional wide field of vision, even in difficult situations. • For those who use mask-helmet combinations the specially for Dräger FPS 7000 developed S-fix and Q-fix adapter offer a new level of safety. For example, when combining the Dräger HPS 7000 with the new full face mask, the optional available and patented Dräger Q-fix connection prevents the unintentional release of the attachment.

The extensive X-plore Bayonet filter series is an innovative line of twin filter respiratory protection products for all major applications which combines modern design with enhanced wearer comfort. The off-center arrangement of the bayonet connections enables a wide and unobstructed field of view. The filters are suitable for use with Dräger X-plore 3300/3500 half masks and Dräger X-plore 5500 full face masks with Dräger bayonet connection.

The gas cartridges can be upgraded to operate as combination cartridges by using various pad attachments or Dräger X-plore® Pure with an adapter. The additional particle filters can be replaced independently from the gas cartridge. An optional course particulate prefilter prevents premature clogging of to the combination cartridge with grit or spray paint.
