The MSA WalkSafe®Rooftop Walkway System provides a level non-slip surface which can serve as an ideal rooftop demarcation route — protecting users against hazards when working at height.

In highly trafficked areas—where regular access may be required for maintenance regimes, plant inspection, air quality monitoring, rooflight cleaning, etc—WalkSafe distributes the load evenly on to the roof and thus reduces the wear and tear on the roofing system itself. WalkSafe offers a lightweight, practical solution which can be easily installed to replace existing wooden duckboards, scaffolding boards or snow guards.

The MSA range of VersiRail® guardrails provide a portable or permanent fall protection system for leading edges. MSA guardrail systems are customizable for added versatility and provide passive fall protection for the user, incorporating the durability and reliability needed to get the job done and are aesthetically pleasing for any building type.

The MSA VersiRail® Guardrail Systems act as rooftop railings and are non-penetrating to prevent roof leakage. VersiRail guardrail roof railing solutions are designed to be easily assembled on the roof surface without penetrating the roof membrane. Systems can be designed for any roof or building structure per OSHA requirements.

Discreet window washing anchorage with aesthetic appeal. The MSA PushLock® anchorage for window-washing is typically used where access from inside a building is needed to carry out external work, such as for window cleaning and maintenance. The PushLock® provides an internal fixed anchor to which a worker can confidently attach a safety harness and lanyard while going about his or her duties.

MSA’s Latchways PushLock safety eyebolt provides a discreet yet highly effective alternative to unsightly conventional eyebolts. While conventional eyebolts meet the safety need, their lack of aesthetic consideration can impair the visual characteristics of the office, hotel or housing environment in which they are installed. The pleasing design and assured safety of PushLock overcomes the problem.

Each MSA PushLock® system is made to meet quality standards for assured fall protection and has also been designed with consideration for aesthetic appeal to integrate harmoniously with the interior décor.

• The PushLock socket is a permanent anchor installed into the structure of the building.
• The socket is suitable for installation in a variety of materials including brickwork, concrete and steelwork.
• Sockets are available for installation in cavity walls and suspended ceilings.
• The PushLock socket is discreetly capped when not in use.
• Socket caps are available in a prestige brass finish, stainless steel and a range of colours.
• When required, the worker inserts a PushLock eyebolt into the socket to create a secure anchor.
• Insertion or removal of the PushLock eyebolt is a two handed operation, which therefore makes accidental removal impossible.
• The PushLock socket and eyebolt are tested to 22 kN as part of our internal test procedures.
• System testing must be conducted annually to ensure that system certification is maintained. Key system checks such as pull testing are part of this process. System testing and maintenance should only be undertaken by trained and certified installers.

The Latchways WinGrip is a vacuum anchor fall protection system for use in aircraft manufacturing and maintenance, as well as a variety of other environments and industrial applications.

WinGrip is safe and flexible, it can be used on the fuselage, stabilisers and wings; the system is quick to install, simple to use and is suitable for work inside the hangar and outside on the apron.

MSA’s Latchways Engineered Vertical Lifeline Systems for towers, have the inherent flexibility to be configured for use on virtually any design of power transmission tower.

Such is the simplicity of the design concept that MSA Latchways® Engineered Vertical Lifeline Systems can be installed to follow the contours of the structure to which it is attached and so maximize its safety value in a working environment. Equally, the proven effectiveness of the system’s LadderLatch® & TowerLatch® units with its unique starwheel component provides workers with the security of being constantly attached to the system while also having both hands free to go about their duties. If a worker should fall from the system, the LadderLatch and TowerLatch units immediately locks onto the system cable and arrests the fall.

MSA’s range of Latchways® Engineered Horizontal Lifeline Systems, incorporating the patented Constant Force® Post, can be deployed across virtually all the major roof types including standing-seam, composite, built-up-on-site, secret-fix and membrane. Fixing the Constant Force Post does not damage the integrity of the roof and therefore will not compromise the roof guarantee.

MSA’s Latchways Engineered Horizontal Lifeline Systems provide the total solution for all horizontal safety at height roofing and industrial applications. The system’s versatility and ease of use makes it ideal for protecting workers as they go about day-today activities such as maintenance, cleaning, access and inspection.

MSA’s Workman Rescuer provides fast, easy and intuitive fall protection with integral bi-directional retrieval capability. Not only does the Workman Rescuer arrest the fall, its retrieval capability allows the fallen worker to ascend or descend to a safe location. This durable, economical addition to the Workman Series of products offers fast installation and setup, ideal for applications where time and ease of use are a priority. The Workman Rescuer is also a stand-alone retractable device, as the carrying handle may be used as an anchorage attachment.
