The Petite Fleur models are the smallest dynamic temperature control systems in the Unistat range. As with all Unistats, the Petite Fleur models have unique thermodynamic properties for the highest temperature control speed and precision. All models are space saving, simple to operate and can be used for a wide number of applications. 480 W of cooling capacity is available at the full pump speed (according to DIN 12876) and a further 50 W is available if the pump speed is reduced. The circulation pump with its high capacity ensures optimal delivery and delicate glass reactors are protected from damage with the soft start-up which detects and balances out changes in the viscosity within the fluid circuit. Additional equipment includes the Pilot ONE controller “Professional“ with a TFT colour display which can be removed and used as a remote control. It features a programmer, calendar/clock function, user menus, graphic representation, ramp function, calibration and many additional functions. Almost all models use environmentally friendly natural refrigerants as standard.

Unistat up to +425°C
The new high temperature thermostats of the Unistat range set new standards in safety, easy operation, and rapid, dynamic temperature control. The minimal internal volume allows the shortest heat-up times to be achieved. The working life and properties of the thermal fluid are also protected, by avoiding direct contact between the hot fluid and atmosphere. The high temperature Unistats are suitable for temperature control applications up to +425 °C, e.g. a double jacketed reaction vessel (reactor), and pilot plants, as well as the semiconductor Industry and high temperature distillation. They are suitable for maintaining constant high temperatures, or to contain an exothermic reaction at high temperature.
Natural Refrigerant
As a pioneer in refrigeration technology we have been using hydrocarbons in our products for many years. Already in the early 1970s, company founder Peter Huber started researching and using natural refrigerants. In the following years, Propane and Propene have been used as a standard refrigerant in many units.
In practice, natural refrigerants have significant advantages over their synthetic derivatives, e.g. very good thermodynamic properties. Advantages include low pressure losses in pipelines and heat exchangers, low energy consumption during compression, lower amounts of refrigerant required and good material compatibility.
