EE610

Low Differential Pressure Sensor

There are no PDF's for this product

The EE610 differential pressure sensor is dedicated for medical, pharmaceutical and clean room applications. It measures low differential pressure in the range ±100 Pa with a high accuracy of ±0.5 Pa. The sensor is available with analogue outputs or RS485 interface. The EE610 can be employed in air or in non-flammable and non-aggressive gases.

 Measuring Performance

The EE610 offers ± 0.5 Pa accuracy over the entire measurement range. For the versions with analogue outputs, the EE610 features selectable measuring ranges of ± 25 / ± 50 / ± 100 Pa and 0…100 Pa. The long-term stable, piezo-resistive no-flow-through pressure sensing element excludes the risk of cross-contamination.

Outputs and Display

The measured data is available on the analogue voltage and current outputs or on the RS485 interface with Modbus RTU or BACnet MS/TP protocol. An optional, illuminated graphic display shows the reading in Pa, mbar, inch water column or mm H2O.

Fully Configurable

The setup and adjustment can be easily performed with DIP-switches and push buttons on the electronics board (EE610 with analogue outputs) or with an optional adapter and the free EE-PCS configuration software (EE610 with RS485 interface). The setup includes bidirectional or unidirectional pressure range, output signal, response time, display units and backlight. A zero and span point adjustment can be easily performed with push buttons on the electronics board.

Easy Mounting

The IP65 / NEMA 4 enclosure facilitates easy mounting and minimizes installation costs. External mounting holes allow installation with closed cover. For wiring the EE610 features both a cable gland and a knockout opening for a ½”conduit adapter.
