Product Information

Maya2000 Pro Spectrometers offer high sensitivity in configurations that cover a range of ~165-1100 nm. They are perfect for deep-UV (vacuum UV), UV-Vis and Vis-NIR measurements.

At the heart of each Maya2000 Pro spectrometer is a back-thinned 2D FFT-CCD detector in a robust, configurable optical bench with low-noise electronics. Choose from a wide range of accessories and bench options to optimize your system. Our Application Sales Engineers will help you select the correct configuration for your measurement.
